Openings

Senior Programmer:

If you are a seriously hard core geek, then we know we can challenge you. We have an opening in our Melbourne office for a Senior Programmer. This is how to apply (please read carefully).
Don’t send us your CV, or a cover letter. No-one reads them anyway. What we want is the following:

• A reasonably comprehensive section of code (either yours or someone else’s, we don’t mind);
• A clear, concise and eloquent explanation of the merits of said code;
• A summary (i.e. one paragraph) of the reasons you’d like to work for us; and,
• A summary (again, one paragraph) of your relevant experience with Python, PHP, SQL (MySQL/SQLite) and Apache development.

Sales Executives (Melbourne & Sydney) x 2

We are looking for self starters and people with a proven track record in business development and solution sales. We are also keen to talk with people who think laterally about selling and who are never content. We will provide a generous base salary, stock options, car allowance, phone and PC, the ability to work from home and all the technical training you will need in order to do your job properly. More importantly, the incentive scheme will allow for unlimited earning potential. If you have been trained in high pressure sales tactics, then we are not for you. If you want to build long term relationships with corporate clients, then we’re a fit.

Our selection process is not easy. You’ll need to convince a panel of people why we should hire you (don’t worry, we wont ask you to come to an interview and ask you to sell us something), but we will ask you to talk about your previous corporate sales jobs, why you left (the real reason), the best clients you’ve had (and the worst) and why technology sales excites you.

You need to be a self starter, comfortable working either from home or the office, have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a burning desire to succeed. You also need strong PC skills* (we don’t have time to teach you).

Sales Executive (San Francisco)
Location: Redwood City

Proven self starter with impeccable references. Must be able to work independently and essentially have a desire to operate as if you were running your own business. Competitive base salary, full medical benefits, stock options, and unlimited earning potential. Strong PC skills* mandatory.
